public class FillPolygonPlugIn
extends AbstractPlugIn

This PlugIn creates a planar graph from features displayed in view and creates a polygon from the area containing the user click. If this area is not closed, the PlugIn start again with the whole datasets (visible datasets only). If there is still no closed area around the click position, a warning is thrown in the status bar.

Performs the action for this plugin. For threaded plugins with dialogs, this method contains the code to invoke the dialog. If the user cancels the dialog, this method should return false to prevent the run method from being called.
