public class UnionByAttributePlugIn
- extends AbstractThreadedUiPlugIn
UnionByAttribute plugin is used to union features in a Layer or to Dissolve
features using an attribute. It can optionnaly merge unioned LineStrings
(union just create MultiLineStrings by default).
There are three options available :
- Features with empty values can be discarded
- Attribute values can be added up (numeric) or concatened (strings)

ThreadedPlugIn
- Runs the task. This method will be executed in a separate thread, so that
the GUI remains responsive (but only partially so, as a modal progress
dialog will be in the way). Don't call GUI classes in this method as it is not
executed on the GUI thread.
